They both worship the SAME god. The petty bickering between these 'followers of God' makes them look like children. They all need to GROW UP!If there is a god he must be absolutely despairing at seeing his children killing each other in his name.

I can't disagree with any of that. Still doesn't answer why the Church of England would rather have the expense to maintain vacant properties or see the rot instead of allow them to be put to good use. Btw: doesn't the self appointed "Muslim Council of Britain" represent Muslim worshipers in England?
From what I've heard from muslims, the Council of Muslims are pretty much self appointed and don't speak for the majority of mosques. As to the question you asked, I know the CofE support the Orthodox and Russian Orthodox church, I even went to a Russian Orthodox service in the local CofE cathedral. It's a start, baby steps but it's a start!

All religions will die out eventually. History has shown us that the more educated, the more stable and the wealthier a society becomes the less people need or believe in religion.
Hopefully there will come a time when humans are all very well educated and all societies will be advanced so religion will have no part to play.

you have a good question. However, while state religion exists, I believe everyone should share and benefit equally. So, why are Muslims excluded from the Church of England and representation in England's government?

When Christians want to enter Mosques they must follow their rules (women must wear a veil, everybody take out their shoes ..) We are not even allowed to visit La Mecque, that sacred earth of them ... (we are considered impure as pigs) .. so WHAT ??? where is the respect what is this religion of supposed peace and love still showing to the face of the world intolerance and violence !!!
I feel sorry for Dear Old England, for my beautiful Country and the rest of Europe as well .. we keep opening widely our Churches doors to everybody that wants to pray in and don't ask anything in return.. think about it ..

Thanks for commenting. I believe that is a positive "NO". Seems a shame to me to let all those beautiful but abandoned buildings in England go to waste.
