Have patience...I was down on the east coast in August for a motorcycle trip and as I suspected those on the right coast are just a tad slower at doing things than most. So it isn't you, just your geographical location

If you're not enjoying your time here, you'll want to change what you're doing, or maybe delete your profile. This site has too small of a population to "invest" time in for meeting people. If you're having fun here or figure out a way to have fun here then stick around, something nice might happen. Some people do meet here and form relationships.

Most people joined CS for the same reason as you. As the time goes by and they don't have any luck meeting anyone many people stay on the forums, blogs or puzzles. You're welcome to join the rest of us on the forum and just relax.
Really great comments, not much to add from me. You could also ask, when you're mingling in the world for 2 years and never meet anyone, do you... Yes Miss Corazn, might well make Connecting Singles another venue from which to search from. Don't let anticipation get in the way.
