I have actually met 2 people from this site, tho being active in the forums helps, I agree that it is slow going, but dig in and post in the Forums, and check the FREE Dating sites, I can not mention them as it is against CS Rules, but also Do look in the real world as well... Never Close those doors, and in time, It will find You!

Yep, that is the key. I have had better luck on other sites meeting local people. Good to have many options.
Best bet on here if you want to meet someone is to get active with email and contact those who profiles you like via search. Good luck!

I sure wouldn't take it personally if I were you, I can't see anyone actually getting together off this site...to much insincere communicating going on...but, you never know who may decide to join and just like that you could have a brand new life

i would say keep trying..you never know...if you delete youre profile youre effectively reducing youre chances of meeting someone...stick at it would be my advice,,having said that,i havent had any success,,but i probably dont try hard enough,,,,anyway i hope youre luck changes...

two years is a long time, i am only around two month here and think about taking a break or delete my account. Real life is better than virtuell life. But i have been most times in the forum.

This is a nice site with many friendly ppl. The key, I believe, is to talk here in the Forums. I believe many read the Forums but do not participate. This is one way to get to know others. Lastly, just have a good time here.

Naa, this is a terrible place for actually meeting people. On a different site I've had more more dates in a week than I've had in all the time I've been on here(a wrist-slitting three years!). My advice is try elsewhere, you're really not the problem.

I have only been here for a few months and have been fortunate to make a few good friends but I know that if within a year I don't meet anyone serious I will more than likely leave.

I think joining a club/organisation locally with like-minded people or meet someone through friends has the most chances of success imo.

I'd slightly smile in 1 picture. Also, maybe mention a few favorite outings or things you like indoors (and can always mention you love other things are a variety of arts or nature etc. maybe like group like I classes or parties...or both solitude and together time. maybe unique because make people laugh or are loyal through thick and thin...put something else that makes you stand out other then dolphins so they can relate more so.)
