i'm somewhere between excellent and good....
i'm mostly vegetarian and prefer thai or indian...but i am learning to make the good old fashioned north american stuff...MEAT and potatoes...
i make and serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks (incl baking cookies a couple times a week)...and make whatever is requested.
sooo...guess i'd better practice more...
i enjoy pleasing my man in the kitchen (and anywhere else for that matter...

i think learning the basics and then messin' with them is the way to go...and tailor them to his likes and dislikes.
let's face it...a well fed man is more likely to be happy, and i like being a part of it...
now having said that, i do love this time of year...cuz he does the bbqing...
