Stedan: You must remember DJ in our day in school sports no such thing as a Jockstrap so everytime you did the high jump or long jump....things tended to dangle out of your shorts...

weeeellll.... that made me curious...
sooo...

professor

The jockstrap was invented in 1874 by C. F. Bennett of a Chicago sporting goods company, Sharp & Smith, to provide comfort and support for bicycle jockeys working the cobblestone streets of Boston. In 1897 Bennett's newly formed Bike Web Company patented and began mass-producing the Bike Jockey Strap.

Mainly an American thing worn by Football players or sports enthusiasts....certainly not within the pocket money reach of school kids in our day....but at least it made you think and to look handshake

Friskyone: Which do you prefer?

I like to wear men's boxers when I'm home alone and relaxing.

For myself, nice cotton underwear (none of the grey, out of form ones) uh oh

Himself, whatever is comfy as long as it's not some of these old fashioned white fine rib stuff - or g-strings, doh men are NOT meant to wear g-strings imo. laugh

My mother did enroll me in modeling classes when I was a youngin'. But I failed miserably. I was too shy to sashay and strut down the catwalk on my own.

That anxiety has never gone away, but tamed out of necessity.

On me, boy shorts during the day. Thongs if dressing up and going out.

Or none if the occasion merits it

i guess that occasion would be St Paddy's day Parade..??? grin
