LeeCharming: Can tatts be offensive to others what would happen if they were offensive your body your choice...but would it really be
Well, no matter how hard we try to pretend that some tattoos are not "offensive", the reality is that the perception of "your body is your choice" does sometimes detrimental to our overall image as a person.
LeeCharming: which tatts would you say...could be offensive
Well, as far as i am concerned, my body is "sacred" to me, and therefore, i wouldn't really want to put any needle on it or put some images in order to feel good about myself or attract attention from others. In other words, I would never want any kind of tattoos on my body. I have many other ways to make myself feel good or to attract attention
I've got a tattoo... did it with my own hardearned money... took my time to think of what I would like to be permanently etched on my forearm... went to a decent-and-not-a-backyard female tattoo artist ... and if somebody disapproves of it, that's their business.... Just as it is MY sole business to do what feels comfortable for me and my skin... Anyone who doesnt approve of tattoos on women ... whether on some or all... are free to look the other direction and walk away...
"Did you hear about the woman who was such a fan of country music that she has a tattoo of Merle Haggard done in a very delicate spot, high on her right thigh, and a tattoo of Waylon Jennings high on the other thigh. Worried that the two tattoos weren't recognizable, she slips off her undies, lifts her skirt to a guy in a bar, and says, "Can you tell who that is?" So the guy puts on his glasses, looks real close, and says, "I don't know who those other two guys are, but the one in the middle is Willie Nelson!""
