Besides, another way of looking at it. I have done things that have affected other people as well and I'm pretty sure it will happen again. As it is said, let he who is perfect cast the first stone.

This is true, but I think that a person would be 'judgy' if he/she used ONLY those things you mentioned. However, if he/she were to also consider the other person's position/cares/thoughts, then...maybe not?hmmm

Aha! So then, 'not being judgy' may mean not being quick to "cast the first stone". That definitely makes sense. thumbs up

According to the Cambridge Dictionary:

judgy-
adjective informal
UK /'d??d?.i/ US /'d??d?.i/

too quick to criticize people:
He's so judgy when it comes to other people's mistakes.

I got a past and its not all good. I also try to understand the other side. If you understand why something happened, its less likely you will get mad at it. Lets say that some random person walks up to me, calls me a a**hole, then walks on. I'll say to myself "wtf was that?" I'll be angry for a minute or so then I'll realize that if someone has the mentality to do something like that, they obviously got mental issues going on and they are probably not even in the real world in regards to their perception.

Once I realize that, I tend to be more forgiving.

concern and interest is used by most already.

it's not a good reason to push issues or accept them just because.

i did mention that we have primarily accepted what to agree to disagree with in our lives. that doesn't mean we approve. it means we've accepted certain things beyond our control.

on the outside of that, we may choose to keep a distance of such things. no matter what we decide on how to deal with things, we have been judgy and it influences our actions.

some may choose to embrace what they've been judgy about, with internal disgust the whole time. sooner or later, their false attitude will shine through.

thumbs up Nice topic Didi

Well, it is human nature to judge, but sometimes by some reason, human becomes judgmental. Nobody is perfect, so it is natural to make mistakes.
If this mistake happens only sometimes then "it's ok", but if it becomes a habit to judge things wrongly every time, then it is prudent to keep distance from such a judgemental person.
Sometimes keeping silence is better than instant reaction. Let the mind calm down, then judge again with a calm mind and things will make better sense.
it should be response not reaction. Response emerges from a calm mind and reaction emerges from a disturbed mind.

I will choose:
"I might not agree with what you think/do, but I respect that that’s your choice"
and
"You don’t see it now, but you’ll thank me later"

If I have to choose only one of these two, I will choose "I might not agree with what you think/do, but I respect that that’s your choice" this one and stay away from it.
