Sometimes it’s their ignorance of not knowing about one’s culture or religion, or how they have been brought up to think. People shouldn’t paint people with the same brush.

Hazem. I think (just a thought came to me) that maybe you could tell a bit in your profile what it means to date you (a muslim man). I would do that. Most women in the west don't know what it entitles.
Me I spoke with ha few muslim girls/women here at cs.
And I'm per defention open to be with a muslim woman as my gf (wife).
But... I do not want to convert to Islam, cos I believe in Chrstianity.
So if she can have her faith I will have mine and we can still be a couple,
thatbwould be fab (in my view).
However, I have tried to talk it over with ha few potential candidates,
and so far some say I have to convert and others say I don't have to convert.
So I am simply not sure what goes.
Write in your profile what it means of she becomes your girlfriend Hazem. That is my advice. We here in the west often wonder what you guys think you see. Like, is it ok to date across the religion and culturel devide for you? We don't know so much about this, and need to be educated.

I think sometimes on sites where one is looking for a partner they can take rejection personal. I don't think a lot of times it is personal. Me, there a lot of countries I would not mind visiting but would not want to live there. I could not live and be myself in a country that suppresses women. I also value my life, so I would not even put myself in that position. I don't think of that as racisim, but as looking at the picture and what do I want in my life. People who are smart will ask themselves what they are willing to change and not change in their life for a partner.
