germanspitz: Lol I'd forgotten that Bod

There were a few meets back in those days too . Remember the "It's Friday " posts. Such a great laugh.
Remember oslojente? She was a very smart woman, although she did have an ongoing feud with an American woman, I think it was hugznkisses. Not that there was much of that between the two of them..laugh
Also my lifelong friend trish123. She teamed up with summeruk to go and visit morgan in the Canary Islands. They made a thread about it, something like 'the Canary three' it was hilarious, they were drunk all the time.
Mind you, the last time I mentioned that on here, my thread was pulled...uh oh

Do you, or any other members, remember the guy from The US Virgin Islands--I believe some called him "Buddy"--he was always very positive, never unkind to anyone. He did pass on, he and I would talk sidebar occas.

Yes, Jeepers and his much loved dog Tucker. He was an amazing man, even though he knew he was dying he posted almost every day and somehow managed to cheer people up with his positivity and charm.
A truly exceptional and inspirational person.

Possibly. She went to the Dublin meet, it was very well attended, i'm sorry I missed it. Trish went and told me oslo was very much the same in r/l as she was on here. She was one of many on here I would have really liked to have met.

From around 2004 there has always been some really nasty people that should never be allowed to use the Internet, they are not fondly remembered, there are a couple still here from that time. Many come here for online war but that is what internet is all about and blaming the world for problems, or a country, is wrong because it is purely the people.

I always think of a CSNY song and the words "teach your children well". Most parents failed their kids shortly after world war 2.
