That simple and when we spent umpteen pages debating this intricate question of what is life and all we had to do was find out who Ray is to answer this burning dilemma. Go figure the answer was inside him. Who'da thunk it eh? Surprise surprise a deific jest on us (much like the male/female conundrum methinks) the answer lay in the place of most and least resistance simultaneously.
Detente you my friend are a prophet to have unwound this elusive pursuit and this statement should be laid as the final stone in the entertaining and truly educational thread of the above mentioned name.
Now the only query remaining is does Ray equal life or life equal Ray as the answer to this profundity lie within him?

55% of the polls say he exists without being observed... I say he lives!

I'd agree with he 'Exists", whether he has a 'life' is debatable.
