NO. you got to read the Profile....It says LOCATION, this does not mean you carry the nationality as your Location states... I could be living in China...doesnt mean I am chineess.
But whats the problem?.....If somebody is called something else, they there is always a reason for it....If you play with fire you can get burnt...

Your IP-Address is assigned to you by your ISP.You move out of Country,the new ISP will provide you with one,but it will be different.
There are enough Programs around to Spoof the Address though.

Some may be a little spurious, granted. But a member may register their profile at their usual/home location and then be overseas for reasons of business, say. Therefore, they would be using a different PC and the IP address will be different.....
Its not necessarily going to be some insidious manoeuvre...?!

Actually, yes it is possible, mainly in Pictures.
As far as the Country you are "living" in, that is a different case, you can live in Russia and be an American, as far as I know, all this should be explained on your Profile.
I was off this Site for a very long time because I was Scammed by three Men, Pics, where they lived etc.
Now, I am hoping it has changed, I have seen it is stricter, which I think is fine...I only don´t agree with people not posting Pictures, and updating them, I hate looking at some which I saw two years ago, and are identical.....wish life was truly like that, but it´s not, I am used to updating at least every four months!
