rescuemepleez: When you diet all you think about is food..diets are only a short term solution..best to retrain you're eating habits..worked for me.
In a way I do.. at 5'11" I have always been 175 pounds and fairly slim but gained to 190 in the past few months . not an extreme.. just a big belly. but I don't like it. this was from eating crap like cookies, hot pockets, pizza and buffets.
So I just stopped eating all of the crap and switched to a lot of veggies and nonacid fruits. I meal a day I eat junk food, got to have some. seems like it is working pretty well and I don't go hungry, and I have much more energy.
Already lost 4 pounds in a week so in about 3 more weeks I should be back to normal size.
Then I can look forward to 1 time buffet to celebrate
