I voted for the "People who won't-shift-outta-the-way-when-you-try-to-get-past-them"option 
It's always annoyed me..Many years ago I gently shoved someone out of the way who wouldn't move. They ended up sprawled in the cabbage rack outside the greengrocer. Obviously, I didn't know my own strength at the time
I also agree with the other's on here who say they don't like the people who act like the "Old Git" characters from the Harry Enfield show in real life.
They are funny to watch on TV but that's about all

All of the things listed so far are , for the most part, what I expect to encounter in going outside, but as for driving, it's the ones that wish to turn right and they are in the extreme left lane and give no signals or they are front of you wheels going left and suddenly swerve to the right...and as usual, never signal. I'd love to send an RPG rocket up their tail pipes...now that would tell me that I live in a free country! %D
