gosh...some women are really impossible. only god knows from where these women are getting these "extreme" views. It seems to me that to some women, the means/ways to life are becoming more important than the life itself

I have options but the ones I want find me lacking education and discipline. So, I am working on myself and trying to get with the program.

I'm single, and by that I assume the OP means not in a serious relationship, because I want to be at this moment in time.
I don't think I would choose to be single, (again meaning not in a serious relationship), for the rest of my life, but I don't dwell on that thought because my life is full and happy.
There may well come a time when I can adjust my lifestyle to include a loving and committed relationship, just not at the moment.

.....Believe or not I understand what you are saying here my Friend....I will only relate to here in New Zealand.....I will stay single....and my reason why.?????..I have generally found that Woman here in New Zealand,to be so 'Domineering' in the so called relationships ,where its borderline of 'Total Control Freak' in all aspect of the relationship,and Men have to be so damn 'Submissive' and 'Subservient.....Stuff that,that not what a real relationship is all about ...and again,I will stay single,until I leave New Zealand and travel and explore this wonderful World again....
