pastortim: Glen Beck is ok, I mean he does talk about how much the Government is spending and hits on a few other good topics I like to hear about, but I am lucky if I listen to him once a month. I do like however that he keeps some Government officials on check on their policies and at least can be a voice for things that cost too much or are just a waste of tax payers money, but let him keep ranting on I say.
He is becoming as popular as Alex Jones and now as he heads back home to his place in Washington, they are giving him the key to the city, which is cool I guess. Its on yahoo news on if you want to read the article about it.
I can't think of anything I don't like about Glen Beck other than he fizzled out on the FEMA camps story and that was something Americans needed to know about.
Anyway, just curious of how many of you like and listen to Glen Beck.
If you don't know who Alex Jones is, his website is and its a bit more dramatic than Glen Beck, but he brings out so many things that keeps me up to date on whats going on in the world that the Mainstream Media doesn't talk about.
A loose warning though, if you get depressed easily, I wouldn't check out the website. haha. It is nothing but cold hard truth.

I think he is the worst kind of tv personality--one that will do anything for ratings. Plus I believe he is stupid and not knowing what he is generating with the people who believe in him.

I dont watch cable news shows--if I want to know what is going on in Washington I watch CSPAN
If I want the TRUTH about a bill I read it myself
I make my own decisions about politics and not let "news" which is a joke itself make it for me

The same way I know most people who hat fox probably watch cnn or msnbc. If they didnt watch tv they wouldnt care either way. If you hate one host its probably because you listen to the other guy.

All media outlets say that about their hosts. Its the disclaimer on every show I have ever heard.
I hate Bush almost as much as obama. Same puppeteer, different puppet.
This country is in the shape it is in because of marxist ideology on both the republican and democrat side. They each take some pet issues and pit about half of the population against the other half while forever pushing closer to a one world socialist government. They all work for the same corporations.
The reason I like beck is because he was against the patriot act from the beginning, hes against the federal reserve, alot of things republicans call people wackjobs over. Bush tripled the size of government, wanted amnesty for illegals, all sorts of things that were insane and beck was the only one not stroking his deal over it on fox.
