depends on the person; My friend owns a modeling agency and for the most part short hair makes you look older and fatter.
Some people though can have short hair. Usually you need large eyes and lips.
That's why a lot of the anorexic young looking models get their hair cut so short; to look bigger and older.
Long hair is what most like; it's a pain for the women but it's definitely makes them prettier.

Depends on age....
and depends on how thick and quality of your hair.
Older female with not much hair and lacking condition does not look tooo good with long hair.
Its really an individual thing... I think its all to do with the quality of the hair and what style suits the face shape.

I prefer long hair....nice to have something to pull as...husshhhhhhing now for I cannot go on with that comment!!!
I do prefer long hair, but also short hair too...long hair does not always suit a ladies facial structure.
I can run my fingers through loong or short hair..and with short hair, access to the nape of the neck is easier for the finger tips or the lips!

I've just cut my long hair very short.
Been complimented by many that it makes me look ten years younger!!
