Well, I don't know who built them (for sure), but there's a book out there somewhere entitled, The Great Pyramid: Proof of God. If anyone is interested. To this day, we still are not sure who or how they were built. We just know they are absolutely astounding in their accuracy and precision! Walter Johnson

All wild theories aside, it is more likely that the Egyptians built the pyramids willingly.
Logic:
Pharaoh was God King of Egypt. He 'owned' everyone and everything in it. The Nile flooded for approximately 2-3 months annually. With the arable land under water and the largely agrarian population idle, what would a perspicacious ruler do? Put them to work. Indolence creates dissatisfaction, which leads to uprisings and rebellion. So, all the available manpower in Egypt could be employed on building projects in order to pay taxation in kind and to keep the kingdom stable. This work force was probably huge in ancient terms and despite the more radical theories, the technology existed to perform these feats.
