I am just trying to remember what was on the persons profile I dont always remember ,some may reply in weeks or days and you may have moved on and just need to recollect some info when they do decide to reply to you

I don't think it's a horrible thing. I do it too remember something a friend said on their profile, or to look at a picture to make me smile, or sometimes I want to click a message they sent me and by accident click their name which takes me to their profile lol
