I look at that too. Very important for me to know as I don't want to be near kids but I look at the age first. If he is not at least 40 I don't need to read anything else because I will NOT be interested.

For me they are ranked like this:
Smokes - I cannot be with smoking person. Oxygen is precious!
Education - According to my experience, the person who loves himself would try to get education as much as he could to secure his life. And the one who loves himself will know how to love other people.
Occupation - I think (and it is just my thought, doesn't have to be yours).... people who go out to work know how to be with other people, and for that he will know how to adapt himself to the society, and for that he will at least learn to have good personality and manner.
For me they are ranked like this:

well, the poll only allowed me to answer one of the three choices it gave, so the other two would be location and "other". (the first was age). The other, as it were, could be a couple of things, but believe it or not whether the person can spell and if they have a good command of words is important to me. Now, I know that many people who are highly intelligent just aren't good at spelling -(I actually had a college professor who did NOT grade on spelling and punctuation, which is rather lame if you ask me.) (and...actually the middle finger tells the tale, too, girls. The English and Irish have long declared it's the distance between the thumb and first (fore) finger stretched as far as possible. I've always wondered about those men who are double-jointed. A man with dimples on his cheeks (at the corners of his mouth) is a likely horseman (sic) and dark haired men tend to have much to write home about. was this helpful?
