Your word "unconditional love" is very true but do not believe on
the word "decision". I mean, you don't have decide for it... you will feel the urge to love someone... one will automatically feel it from his/her heart ... Love is not obligatory that one needs a decision rather it is something we like to do ... Is not it?

There is point to note here. When you feel love for other person
that means at the moment you do not love the first person. So, love

In some countries, divorce is not big issue, but there some countries
people do not even think to get married for second time even if the partner died.
