Over here we have a brand called "Laughing Cow" and it's pretty good, but rather expensive. A little wheel of it (enough for an omelet, maybe) is about 6 or 7 dollars. Kinda steep. It's soft like Brie, but has a walnut sort of bite. different.

Really? Must be local here. You can find it in the cooler of the corner convenience store, a couple of bucks. Laughing Cow milk, too.

I've never had that particular problem. Whenever I broil cheese on toast, it stays.

I find that a zig zag of super glue on the bread first does the trick ...
