Because Amreicans are apathetic and refuse to accept the current conditions and do whatever it takes to change. Because people (at least around here) are so scared that someone else might get something that they paid for that they shoot themselves in their own foot. Because education is not valued here anymore. Because no one can see the big picture and all they think about is me and my immediate family right here right now. Because some prior president made it so anyone could buy anything and businesses could financially screw Americans with unreal interest rates, fees and charges, etc. And as a result jobs were lost, new jobs were not created, jobs in progress were stopped and everything shut down. Homes were lost, etc. etc. etc. And now... just about everyone in the US has been affected in one way or another by either unemployment, pay cuts, or inability to locate employment. The solution to this will take time just as it took time for the previous president to get US to the point of complete economic failure. The problem in America is that we don't think as one nation, we think as individuals and nuclear families. We can't go around preaching christianity while starting wars, rejecting fellow humans, etc. The hypocracy is just too much anymore. People want CHANGE to come to them delivered on a platter but they are not willing to SACRIFICE to MAKE the CHANGE happen!!!!
