We don't need religion. Take a good look at the history of this world and you'll see how many atrocities have been committed in "Gods" name. The Crusades, the Inquisition and 9/11 are several examples.

Dismantle all churches and start building coastal flood barriers with the bricks. On second thoughts, not such a bright idea, those blessed bricks will be all Holy !

For many uneducated people, religion can be factor to refrain them from doing bad things calling them sins
but uneducated men can be used by others to do bad things naming religion as well... People selling guns weapons can use them.

Maybe I am misinterpreting this, but why do so many "Christians" think non believers have no morals?

Religion doesnt make a person,the character of the person is what makes a "good or bad" person.

Personally I don't think 'the ten commandments' are really relevant in this day and age.
