Vegemitemedium blackened toast melted butter and enough vegemite to fill my grey hairs in with colour.... and coffee white with two... please :)

vegemite in very small amounts -- more butter than vegemite really although I didn't like it at all until about 5 yrs ago and I only eat it now to replace my vitamin B I lost after a night of drinking too much alcomahol
promite I used to eat ALL THE TIME before I went to live in the UK in the 80's but I couldnt get in in the UK at the time so I didnt eat it for 2.5 yrs and when I came back I tried it again and it was disgusting and too sickly

As a real Aussie I love my Vegemite. Bread or toast has to be black with it, preferably without butter. Love it on hot crumpets.
