There are so many people on this site trying to find a real life relationship. I suppose because it is easier for them. Noone normal would do things in the more difficult way if there is easier one at their disposal, would they?

i don't think it is easier to find a real relationship in this way...i actually think the opposite..
surely, the mean (internet) is very easy to access...
but the effective result of this easy mean is another cup of tea, in my opinion

I would find it scarey finding a partner today online then offline.
I realize there's no guarantees in real life either but at least when I meant my b/f in person one on one I didn't have to wonder what he looked like.

I met my last partner on-line. We lived three miles from each other. There is no way our paths would ever have crossed in real life. (Even though it transpired he saw my neighbour on a regular basis in a business context).
