track Light therapy does help...getting outside in the fresh air is good too!!...working can help you as well if your work surrounds you with people...taking supplements is a good idea...exercise is also a way to combat depression...you need that boost of endorphins to lighten your mood!!...I usually go to the local pool and hot tub for relaxation after working out and I find that it reduces stress levels as well...hope this helps!!

teena From an anthropology perspective it seems we tend to separate from our significant other when your children reach a more independent age...some say four years old...others say it is the seven year itch that causes marital breakdown...leads me to question monogamy...some animal or avian species mate for life while others find new partners to breed...it is hard to figure out because as humans we are ruled by societal norms or behaviours...nurture versus nature?...I agree we need to find out what works for us individually and honor it and be truthful despite the disapproval...

Ian I have travelled to Thailand and it is a beautiful country...too touristy for what I like but for a beach holiday it was good...I had a stopover in Japan and stayed in Tokyo for a few nights...I loved the shopping and the different themed restaurants there...have fun!!

Cannabis can be ingested not just smoked for medicinal purposes...legalising it will not give access to others to smoke it for recreation...so I have read...its legalization here will be tolerated if one has medical need for it...however that being said no one I know who recreationally uses pot has ever be arrested for using it...the growers are the ones targeted...

lind I am glad she won the Nobel prize...but the thought of no peace prize makes sense as well...war crazy world we live in...makes me think that perhaps there will be no future for the youth with such destruction and mayhem going on...I can only hope that the Western world and the other middle eastern countries that agreed to help stop ISIS will prevail...fingers crossed!!
