Yes, I too am confused by your words. We all can make choices of who we choose to Love. Sounds like you were very hurt and perhaps lost a Love? I agree though, the chance for Love can slip away never to return.
I know what you are talking about. I live north of Detroit, also in the country. The guys here All drive pickup trucks, sigh! They all love football. But, they will stop and help me change a tire when I'm stuck on the road. I have lived in the city where sometimes folks just look over your head, gosh! So, I've learned to appreciate where I live and now like it very much.
I have a friend who just moved to Austin. She really likes it there.
Yes, I have sympathy for the working class of Greece. I would not want my paycheck to diminish as much as 20% my taxes to sharply increase loose my home not have enough food.
If we are to blame let us blame the politicians to got us into this terrible mess.
By the way it is happening here in the USA. We have homeless people living in tunnels in Las Vegas, 1/4 of the underwater home mortgages are in Florida, Detroit may be bankrupt by April.
But, there is hope, we must change our ways of self destruction. Did anyone ever bother to save for the future when we had the money? Do we really need another big mega superstore filled with lots of junk imported from China!!!
especially - I am colorful in a world of black and white....
May I add -
Life is a series of spontaneous and natural changes. Don't resist them - that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.
My Mom sometimes would drive me crazy. Especially on our birthdays she would tell the same old story about how difficult our birthing was. Mine was at 11:45 pm I was almost a May baby then I would have had the same birth month as my Dad. And how I was a big baby but I didn't cry much at birth like my sister.
Well, she died in 2000. If I could only hear her voice just once again!!!
I had someone I was corresponding with suggest we both check each other out. I wrote back telling him I had nothing to hide and gave him my full name and address...now I am sorry I did that.
By the way now that the sun is up in this part of the world, I just heard that a very old Groundhog somewhere in Pennsylvania did indeed see his shadow are went back into hibernation. So, we have another 6 weeks of WINTER!!
