For those who don't know, yes a migraine is a form of headache, just multiplied by about . . . .oh a thousand or so I've suffered with it since childhood.

Fortunately I caught it in time before it got too bad.(BTW complex Omega 3 helps for that, preferably all 8)

Only problem is that I work up with a alcohol-free hangover

I didn't believe it was possible until I actually experienced the utter bliss of forgiveness.

Today I am more blessed than ever before and I am blessed on a daily basis. It is sooo much easier to see your blessings when you don't have a dark cloud over you

We have a saying based on the 80/20 % rule

Generally you can allow yourself 80% good and 20% not so good foods.

We just feel that we should eat the 20% first....
just incase there isn't enough place after, if you eat the 80% first (that was my late uncle's theory, and as kids we loved it)
