I am glad to hear that you are on your way to administer the cure for my ailments to me directly. Right now I cannot picture how you will stop me from giggling, but then again you look like a guy, who knows what it takes to shut up a drunk German.

Here is something us Germans use successfully - if it doesn't cure you, it'll leave you at least with the sure knowledge that you're not the only one suffering.
I think most people are not actually afraid of death - they are just afraid they haven't lived enough.
Should death claim me any time soon, I know I can go with a smile, I've done a lot in my life. Which doesn't mean that I want to go, because there is always so much more to experience.
