I think asking for 250 million dollars is a bit preumptuous. Until you really know someone better, I don't think it's good etiquette to ask for more than 100 million.
We won't need this for filming ordinary videos for entertainment and instruction. But it will tell us lots of amazing information for experimental studies. Not to mention security videos. So much more detail will be available in cases of burglary or assault when security cameras can capture 1,000 frames per second, instead of the often blurry images police have to work with these days.
This is full of truth that I think you can only know from the experience of age, and even then few people really understand the message he has told here.
