@ iFree - If you have doubts that the person in the photo/location is the real deal, you get them to take a snapshot of themselves in front of a well known landmark, train station sign city limits sign or some other identifiable place near where they claim to live holding a sheet of paper with something written on it that you suggested via mail. Whith most people having a mobile phone these days it is quite easy to do.... ...
@ Checkers - If it won't affect anyone else and you are insured, pay someone to burn down the apartment... then they will have to move and the insurance will pay for a new one....
