RE: persecution of Christians

That's a very Buddhists way of thinking loulouwine
Sometimes I can not accept the fact of there is no right or wrong, and that it is what it is. I don't know if it was the way I was brought up, of that I go with the gut feeling of what is wrong or right, I always have.

RE: Has Anyone Seen

I see that his last blog was created on the 26th of March.
Let's just hope he is okay.
It could be as simple as, that he had his internet cut off. dunno

RE: Honour God by choosing Him

Of course the Bible is real. I've read different versions, and they all looked, felt and smelled the same.
So tomorrow is Thursday, are we going to get a blog about Good Friday?innocent

Good Friday.

I'm working that day, and Easter Monday as well. Public Holidays, you gotta love'em when you have a job cheers

RE: Unanswered question.

RE: Excellent Painting of Christ's Resurrection

I love art and I'm an artist myself, and I did appreciate the excellence of work that was put into this piece. I admire the craftsmanship and dedication that took two years to complete.
Thanks Gentlejim for sharing this handshake

RE: Unanswered question.

RE: Paranormal Experiences

Hi socrates. Quite a few years ago, when I was about 19, two friends and myself had a seance. Now this was and still is the only time I had one. Anyway, we all sat around a very small table, with 3 lit candles in a tea cup. We asked a few questions, and I started noticing that one of the lit candles, the flame was still as the other two were dancing. I don't know why I put my finger above the still lit candle, (maybe to see what would happen) and the flame started to rise. The tip of the flame was touching my fingertip, and I wasn't feeling any burning sensation. The flame rose about 30cm and turned blue. The youngest of my friends was getting scared and he ran out of the room. My other friend followed shortly after to make sure he was okay. I was totally fine with what happened and was not scared in the least. I could also feel the room temperature drop, and I knew for sure that someone was in the room with me. I sat down calmly and closed my eyes. I asked a question in my mind, is there anyone here, if there is, to give me a sign. Within seconds of thinking that, I could feel what felt like a warm hand brush my leg. Not long after that ha happened, we decided to stop.
I don't recommend doing seances to anyone, because it is something that could quite easily get out of control. But in saying that, I am glad I did it, because I knew then as I know now, that we are surrounded by the spirits. innocent

RE: It's all about the child.

That they still do Conrad. One is kind of a choice while the other is a disorder. How the hell can they both be the same? I'm actually starting to wonder if these people who state that they are the same, have a disorder themselves. Fear breeds bigotry scold

RE: God Loves Me

There are 2 people in this very blog that have verbally attacked. They know who they are. I need say no more. Good night yawn

RE: God does exist!

1. The Doctor who saves lives. Yes this is true. The Doctor has saved many lives over the years, he has even saved the Earth on countless occasions. So many times have I seen him, and quite often with a different face. Some of you have been lucky to see him. A wonderful man from so far far away. This is not his home, but he has been in millions. When you hear that unforgettable sound, you know he's here for a reason. Thank you Doctor for being in my life. I couldn't imagine my existence without you in it.
Bless you Doctor. I will be seeing you again soon. peace

Can you remember what it's called Thondae? Sounds interesting.

So much information last night and while I was working today, I had many thoughts. I'm like a book of half filled pages now, feel I need to fill the book completely with knowledge. They say knowledge is power, but I believe knowledge is a tool, in which we use for ourselves and for others.

RE: battlefield of the mind

That was sarcasm not agreeing with you. doh

RE: Angels

doh devil angel

A brilliant song non. I've got the album. And one of my personal favorites.

My mind is nearly working over time after a lovely conversation I had earlier. It has truly opened my thoughts to that I have not even considered before. When I find the time, I want to look into it more deeply and then I shall share it with you all. Maybe this is the first step of my well being rising from the ashes. Now that I've said that, I must sleep and let the sub-conscience take me on a journey to who knows where. sleep

RE: battlefield of the mind

Oh hear hear. What a great answer applause doh

RE: Never try the same thing over and over expecting d

Most of us are hopeful when it comes to that Thondae. Sometimes they change for the better, but I think that's why we can be blindly optimistic when they don't. It is rather sad though when things don't change.

RE: Never try the same thing over and over expecting d

If at first you don't succeed, try again. But there's no point trying when you gave it your best shot twice. But there have been a few times where I didn't give up trying, because I'm a stubborn ole mule. I managed to accomplish what I set out to do, even if it took me a while. it depends on the situation I guess to how many times you try.

RE: Yep it's time

Is the answer, you know where the front door is, pack your things and go?dunno

RE: A Rose

A very nice piece of photographic work. Well done.

Spirits

I hope so too platosha. An interesting name may I saywink We all need to open our minds to such things as the spirit world. Minerva, is there a way to make yourself more aware? I feel lately like as if something is blocking the "third eye" so to speak. It's like I am not feeling any presences around me, and I have felt this way for a couple of years. It bothers me.

Spirits

Yes, this could be the case Minerva.
if you were closer, we could communicate much better and easier than the internet wine

Spirits

Yes agree, and I feel the same way. I want to hear from other people with similar stories. It only enforces our beliefs. I'm just, WOW, so over the moon. If only you weren't so far away.

Spirits

Hi Minervahug
We are on the same wave length.
I wasn't going to mention anything about reincarnation, but you have nailed it, well with what I think anyway. I think you already know as well, that Buddhists believe this. But the only thing that I don't agree with, with their philosophy of the afterlife, is that they think that males are at the top of the list with progression of our souls.
I for one, and not many people know this, feel connected to the past, more with the early 1900's, say from the 20s or 40s. I feel as if I belong there still. A strange feeling, only when I think about it. So in saying that, I may have been roaming for a few years before moving on to this life.
I am really glad to have met you Minerva wine

Spirits

Calmheartseeks, when it comes to the spirit world, I don't go seeking answers. We both know they exist. But I would like to see them or hear them, even if it's a whisper. I think it's one of those things that will remain a mystery to us, so we can grow. Indigenous groups have it worked out. Maybe we should aspire to be more like them wine

Spirits

Only because loulou, that because I don't have physical proof of my words, and because I haven't seen any, anyone can call me a liar or delusional. And also there is no words in the Bible in relation to the topic, my words are credible. When it's about me, I don't take kindly to being called a liar, I never have. Call it a flaw of mine.
Like you said, each to their own wine

Spirits

loulou, there have been many cases of this sort of thing happening around the globe. Spirits are around us, and if you are open to the idea of it, you will know, see or feel them.wine

Spirits

My point is, in relation to this blog, that if you put faith in the Bible, I'm either a liar or delusional when it comes to the spirit world. There is nothing in the Bible to validate my words of spirits that roam in the afterlife, but I know there are spirits, or ghosts, if you want to call them that.

Spirits

I've just made a comment on your blog butterflies teddybear

As for Gentlejim, and that goes for whether you believe in what I believe, that God is an alien.
While I was working away doing the housework I had thoughts that made me think of here, but if you think about it, when people say they believe in God and so on, they say they have a faith. What is faith? A gut feeling, or being optimistic. many people put faith into a religion based from a book, and there has been no physical evidence to prove the words from the Bible are indeed a fact, so I think people came up with the idea of having faith.
Agree?
