Manu. It´s always been my dream to go to Ireland - I know I had some past lives there, this is why I feel such a connection with that country and the Celts.
Woww. Owl. I didn´t know that you were into Ayurveda medicine. I am very interested in what you´re saying here. I practise various forms of meditations, journeying, channelling and also trying to have a certain diet with high vibrational foods. I am vegetarian and have eliminated all artificial sugars and additives from my diet.
I also have a friend from India who lives near me and has given me a lot of advice.

For me, the most comfortable is to go barefoot. I often do it wherever and whenever I can. In fact, I am so used to it that shoes are very uncomfortable for me.
Remember that story of the two wolves within us and which one wins? Of course the one we feed. If we react with aggression to someone who's being aggressive that's what we will get back.
