I didnt know that till after i received mine. So far ive kept it around and it seems to have a soothing effect. It maybe psychological i dunno lol...but i guess it does have some form of energy that can be felt if used the right way. And Johnny......perhaps it might just have powers :P
i was once like that, unable to say no coz i was afraid to hurt his/her feelings. It doesnt make us selfish saying no. Sometimes we cant please everyone and the best way is to be honest with your feelings.
Im glad that i am able to say no now even though it sure feels bad sometimes lol
