Wait wait....I'm seeing someone posting a story blog and then, without fail, a certain other blogger comes on with a nicey nice philosophical discussion blog.
The live feature on that other site is really just a video maker. So it would be the ability to video a comment rather than typing it. I am not sure people could be that "out there" with their personalities and faces. Lol
It's all a dance. I'm not sure about other people here, but I don't hate anyone. I banter, I confront, I flirt, I argue, I laugh. It's just cycles and moods...nothing very serious ??
Now about connecting singles in new ways...,facebook live is a new thing. Something like that would be awesome here. Or even the ability to voice record our comments would be fun, like other apps have.
The problem is, most people don't abide in The Truth. They visit it at Christmas and Easter and take a cursory look around before deciding which seat will give them the best vantage point for seeing what they can handle ...mostly just the choir singing a song they've already heard a thousand times but one that is pleasing to their ears and eyes
Welcome to the blogs, Beerwoman. Just want to let you know...Mapmaker and Old Blue are available and ready to date. Also Freedomofspeech loves really agressive women.
Good luck!
Oh and I just changed my profile pic, Molly. Totally me...
That's what I meant by conversational style writing. I like a profile to speak to me, to hook me. But I'm not using the profile to give me the complete picture of who someone is.
Just a glimpse of their personality is all I expect
The lying, though, is so boring. Tall tales and exaggerations are pretty easy to see through once you get to talking with the person
I don't want to read a book every time I look at a profile. I want highlights and a conversational tone in the way those things are represented. A pic is important or some variation of that. I need to see the whites of their eyes :)
The vlogs we did were fun because we got to see the person and their body language and such. Makes the faceless typing into something more tangible and interesting!
Love, imo, is a feeling state. I have felt deep deep love for life, in general. Love for the sake of loving. It's all just us projecting our gold or our dung onto everything we perceive, anyway.
I feel like that state of joy and appreciation is our highest state and is the state of being truest to who we really are as humans. No "other" is necessary in order to feel it or be it
