Hello, my name is Jac and I’m a recovering people pleasing door mat perfectionist. Pretty much nothing like the person I was 15 years ago. Now I respect the process of change and transformation. It’s not easy letting go of “comfort zones” but, so far, the freedom that letting go and being willing to change has created in my life is beyond amazing.
I enjoy the practice of weeding out my preferences and moving toward them while focusing on releasing my attachment to the outcomes. It’s, needless to say, a constant practice.

I’ve been in favor of this idea for years. I’m sure there are many convoluted reasons why the US has been protecting other countries on the tax payer’s dime but it needs to stop. The trillions saved would easily cover universal health care and help to the poor.
Greed is a powerful aphrodisiac though. Not sure the war mongers want to stop selling the weapons they create. What are the chances the beneficiaries of the US’s benevolence will give the US weapons makers a big middle finger if this country stops the free ride?
