Hi Harbal, I remember once I had to write out a statement on a couple of managers who kinda got into it and I was in the room. I started out with To Whom it may concern.

It's funny how it was to the store manager, but turned out to be everyone's concern.

Nosey people, but it did say To Whom it may concern.
