People looking perfect and handsome in professional images are always fake I've found ....Once you're online a while you can spot the fakes just from the pictures alone. And the broken English telling me they're American with a masters degree and listing one occupation oil drilling at sea or other inaccessible locations is usual then later in their profile they may tell you they're doing something completely different but equally inaccessible. The US army serving in Afghanistan was a common theme. . They can't keep up with their own lies.
Lots of modern poetry doesn't rhyme. I'm amazed that people still imagine poetry always rhymes. The Haiku is about eliminating unnecessary words and saying something profound ,simply which is hard for most of us to do .
You can gain immunity through being infected by a disease yes but you can also loose that immunity. Usually if you're infected and survive a disease you have lifelong immunity . With vaccination you're infected with an attenuated or not alive virus and that too gives immunity . However if your immune system is not functioning properly ie you've developed cancer then your immune system may not be strong enough to fight off a disease and has lost its immunity . Ive read also that the immunity gained from vaccination can be lost ie you are no longer immune after a number of years wheras if you get the infection ie mumps measles childhood illnesses you're immunity is lifelong. Covid 19 seems to be showing what anti vaccers have been saying all along children gain immunity easily have robust immune system obviously with exceptions .(kawaskii syndrome ) which was previously unexplained seems now to be what infection with any virus does to children who are vulnerable . COVID 19 is a new disease Drs are learning as they go along only time and trials and gathering data will tell the full story it's what dedicated Drs scientists researchers spend their lives doing and I for one respect their work but they can and do make errors. And in today's era of mass media the news outlets jump on any little snippet of information because people are scared of the unknown and will jump on every titbit and it's the media behind the often scaremongering stories. COVID 19 IS ONLY BEING UNDERSTOOD AS IT HAPPENS ITS A HORRIBLE DISEASE THAT SADLY HAS TAKEN MANY LIVES AND FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL AND THEIR FAMILY THESE ARE NOT STATISYICS THEY ARE REAL PEOPLE WHO ARE LOVED AND GRIEVED FOR .LONG AFTER THE HEADLINES AND HYSTERIA HAVE MOVED ON .
If you want to read them badly enough you'll subscribe . I find there's just a never ending supply of information so you'll find what your looking for elsewhere unless you want just a particular viewpoint like you might only ever read right wing viewpoint . It's good to read every point of view get another perspective be able to accept too that your viewpoint is wrong misinformed biased whatever when it is. Thing is if you subscribe to say the Washington post and it's only a few dollars now will the price go up and up or are there so many millions of people want to read subscribe it pays better than printed media. ?They have to make an income someway as physical papers and books are in decline. There's ads of course but if you use an ad blocker some sites will deny you access because they need ads to make money . There needs to be a new simpler way to get access like you could just make a one off payment for a single article you really want to read .and if some sites didn't flood you with intrusive adverts then we wouldn't feel need to block all ads . I can ignore ads but not if it pops up mid message and cuts you off from typing etc . Its an on going story .
Why have so many people no inner reserves of strength to call upon in a crisis ? The herd identity is very strong the need to be part of the herd sends people into panic mode and irrationally they buy toilet rolls ? Why ? You can't eat toilet paper. If it was cans of baked beans or frozen veg I'd understand but toilet paper ?
There's no such thing as luck though I do think that positive people with a good aura will attract good to them and people who are greedy grasping mean will stay poor both financially and spiritually .
I've been there but just couldn't bring myself to paint a dark wood bright no matter how on trend it just seems so wrong to destroy something that's intrinsically beautiful.
I've almost eliminated plastic I never drink fizzy drinks so no plastic bottles apart from cleaning stuff sprays .....could they be refilled from a glass bottle that could be recycled.......we all can take responsibility but it's up to government to make real change but they don't because they don't care leaders today are mostly narcisstic don't care about the environment . Vegetarianism will also help the environment as producing beef and cattle adds methane and is an uneconomic use of land and red meat causes cancer not to mention cruelty of modern intensive farming Try not buying denim as one pair of jeans creates huge pollution uses vast ammount of water .... fashion is a major contributor to polluting rivers esp in countries like Indonesia .
He was not supposed to go there . They are isolated have no contact with outside world he could have bought disease that would wipe them out . But like all religious zealots he was deluded ignorant so convinced of his superioity he went there anyway and has further exposed these people to a world they know nothing of .they killed him because they were threatened now they face the world knowing they exist and more idiots going there .
I talk to anyone don't care if no picture . I've talked for months to faceless person its just connecting . Yea some may be in a relationship but many have other reasons . If you live in small community like here in Ireland you could have friend neighbour taking the mickey make person feel foolish or whatever .
Sometimes people just connecting any connection is better than being aline facing a problem. If someone asks for advice I give it . If they're so stuck in whatever is bitheting them regardless of their age they will only be open to change when the time is right . It's like someone said George Bernard Shaw I think .....you can't put an old head on young shoulders........as parents we will be often reminded if this when we see our children make mistakes especially in relationships but they can only learn from experience no matter how painful same as ourselves and I know I'm still capable of making blunders still learning .. .it's how life is ....no one has all the answers .....I certainly don't. ..
I actually assumed you were talking about yourself .... sometimes were not making assumptions about people ....sometimes we know full well were dealing with a manipulative narcissistic cruel person who when you challenge them in a rational and controlled way will turn what you've just said around a d make it about you......or they may bide their time simmer in silent indignity and at next opportunity put the knife In deep and enjoy seeing you being upset confused wondering why the he'll that person is saying what they've just said . .......HELL IS OTHER PEOPLE we're not all so lucky to be as confident assertive all the time .sometimes we feel down depressed needing just someone to be there for us and when we're at our lowest ebb that person we most depend on as our friend our partner colleague just won't make that effort .....sometimes in fact not sometones always kindness is what's needed ...were all flawed in some way and some of us don't even know it ....
