At $4 a gallon here ... Anything but cheap. But when you have a governor who puts a huge gas tax in effect to supposedly fix the roads, and then skims the money to pay pensions and skims even more for his predecessors failed high speed rail project, while the roads are virtually untouched with repairs. All the while while having a 36 billion dollar Surplus just sitting there. Yeah the libs wonder why people are so fed up here!
