It's never too late and especially not at the young age of 24. You're a smart woman, don't get married just to be married. Wait for the right person and hopefully you'll both make it last for life. Like you said you've got a job you're happy with and you're certainly healthy both physically and mentally which is a big plus. I'd say you've got everything going for you so walk with your head up high and be proud of who you are while always being thankful for what you already have.
Hope things work out just fine for both of you. True friendship is not something you find at every street corner, you guys are lucky to have each other
I like using text messaging and of course emailing. You're right about long distance calls, they cost a fortune. As for smoke signals not everyone understands them and fire trucks keep showing up
Looks like you had a great time, loads of fun I'd say. Let us know how it turns out, as for Wal-Meezy I'll have to visit one of those one of these days.
I'm thinking of going there sometime this year. I've been hearing a lot of nice things about Vietnam. I'm also thinking of visiting Indonesia again. I worked there in 1997/98 and miss it.
You've got a lot going for you both intellectually and physically. Too often people and probably younger people like you don't realize or appreciate all that they have. This reminds me of something I once saw on TV. A guy in a wheelchair was being interviewed and after a few minutes was asked "How do you do it, you're in a wheelchair, you have no legs, how can you keep smiling like that, isn’t life hard to live" The guy answered "In life you must realize and appreciate what you have and not think of what you don't have; every night I thank Gog for my two arms, my eyes, my hands and so on" You should be very thankful for what you have and don't worry too much about that guy, think about yourself, your studies, your life and live each day of it to the utmost.
I was in Kuwait for some time around 2003/04. I did notice how people drive and the speed they can attain. I was also told that one of the reasons the mortality rate is so high is because many don't wear their seat belts in which cases when accidents do occur more people will die than if they were tied down. I was also told many don't wear their seat belts (adults & children) because they say if God wants them to die they'll die whether they wear their seat belt or not.
RE: Jokes
Good one let's keep that laughter coming, we all need it
