Ho Chi Minh City

Last month, I visited my friend who lives in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She and her family have been living there since 4 years ago. Her husband works there.

She was my room mate when we had a field internship in East Java to complete our education in 1998. HCMC is a very interesting city. I like the Catholic Church of Notre Dame. The interior is amazing. But The one I like the most is the post office.

Hi Narnia! reunion Long time didn't see you here.

Uh, I've never been in HCMC but Hanoi is a good one. I got friends there who often share story about the places there. I think many good places to visit in Hanoi, especially the Halong Bay.
@ Honey : I also think to visit Cambodia to the Angkor Wat and Egypt. hmm.. I just hope it will happen one day.

I'm thinking of going there sometime this year. I've been hearing a lot of nice things about Vietnam. I'm also thinking of visiting Indonesia again. I worked there in 1997/98 and miss it.
Summertan yup Cambodia too esp the Angkor Wat. It's full of history.
