Cailin, it's not like that at all. Rarely ticks here...they haven't you also for stopping by...and yes...I have to go to the seen any snakes in a long time....they saw a mountain lion about ten years ago...thereare a lot of flying bugs...especially the horse flies that bite the horses but it is very humid when it rains.....but, I rather like it here. I live in a nice neighborhood...we have a swimming pool, riding arena, hot tub....twenty acres or so here. I have my own cottage , two bedrooms....I am loving it. In a couple of minutes I am going swimming in the pool.....
