When my Dad died my Mam was asked by the community ,

to plant a tree in his honour ,

they did that for a few residents who were bereaved ,

its a beautiful thing to do,

just plant a tree of your choice ,

pick the spot and it will grow and thrive ,

always reminding you that her little spirit continues

that laughter has helped me so much,

it has always been there and I do hope it stays with me,

picture this,
at a very sad time ,
we were flying home to Ireland ,

my sister had one too many the night b4 ,

I look and see her getting sick in a bin at Heathrow airport

they nearly had to carry me on the plane,

couldn't stop laughing ,

I mean we were goin home to some1 who was very sick,
and we were hurting ,

but my word ,
the site of my sister sent me in2 fits of laughter ,

Laughter is cleansing, therapy , life enhancing, mood changer ,
good for the soul,
