dcj22: I heard that some people have made statements about some threads being too emotional lately. But I have had more emails and messages regarding Adam and his family than I have for any reason in the year since I've been here.
Many people have thanked me for sharing Adam with the CS family and said that they learned to love this special young man through our threads, and statements. So for those people, I want to post this last thread regarding this matter.
Jenna, Adams mother, and Mel, his cousin have said that the threads that we've posted have been helpful to them. Jenna made the statement to me today that she now knew that people could fall in love through the internet, because we'd watched Adam and Emily do just that.
Our sweet Adam was buried this morning. The songs played at his funeral were "Angels On The Moon" by Thriving Ivory, and "Lips Of An Angel" by Hinder, which was his song for Emily.
Adam was buried, at his mothers request, with his picture of my precious daughter, Emily, still held in his sweet hand.
Adam, my special boy, thank you for being a part of our family. May you rest in eternal peace and love.

You know, you have been so graceful and elegant about this. When you mentioned on Saturday to me, that it had not been an easy time, then I went and trawled through stuff.
Does not matter that they fell in love through the internet, what matters is that they fell in love.
I hope that your daughter can see her way through her grief, I am sure she will with your love and support. I am certain of it.
All of you have my thoughts, love and warmth to help you through this so very difficult time...

I am fairly new here and I know that the morning of his passing he was the first thing on my mind. I followed the thread of you and Em talking about what a wonderful person he was. My heart as a parent goes out to his mother and young siblings. And the both of you.
Thank you Dana for posting this. I wanted to ask you at times about things but didn't want to made you sad at the same time.
