Just because he was not interested in you doesn't make him an a**hole! Surely you are used to people breaking off contact with you? I know I am! If someone doesn't call/text you back it means they are not interested, simple as.....just got to put it behind you and move on.
Lol, reason I recall was I had a similar experience. A friend of mine was doing nothing for my self-esteem and I had to cut him loose. The problem was he didn't know he was destructive in that way and would never understand why if I explained to him. I did it anyway and to this day he is puzzled! had to be done and I'm glad I did it but it was hard at the time!
You'd be amazed how many guys don't actually want to be 'one of the boys', in fact only a minority actually do want to be that and yet we feel this puts us at a disadvantage!
