Yes, Cappadocia is very much on my places to visit list next time I'm in Turkey. If you get the chance try to visit Olympos where you can stay in the tree houses there. Mainly used by round the world backpackers it's a wonderful spot to chill and relax with many interesting people and a great beach very close by.
I think what made Fawlty Towers so good was the excellent slapstick routines, done with impeccable timing and recorded live. And of course lines such as "Don't mention the war, I did once, but I think I got away with it." The episode with the Germans and the one with the dead body to mention just a couple, still make me laugh no matter how many times I see them. The show was based on a true character who also ran a hotel in Torquay, a place that was to be avoided I suspect.
Maybe they might decide it is too much like hard work, and who can blame them. Like I said the other site announced exactly the same thing and have decided to slowly phase the forums out. It could happen here...don't doubt it.
Indeed...It makes me laugh when people moan and complain when some troll runs amok, asking where are the mods and why aren't they doing something about it, while at the same time engaging the troll and perpetuating the very thread they are complaining about.
