This is still my opinion, and It will not change, and one day, I will Make a Lady ,Very Happy.....
I am not a Preacher, I am one who Drank, Druged, Partied, Wild, Smoked, and No Claim of perfect... Just thought I may be able to help someone.... Best wishes to all, Hotrod
I'm sure you will make a lady very happy one day Larry. You can't make them all happy but you only need one. Good luck with your search.
I don't believe in lying about anything. Any temporary benefit you might receive will come back to bite you in the ***!
I have Native American lineage so I am not yet gray and have very few facial lines as of 53 so many people that meet me believe I am early 40's. No one thinks I am in my 50's.
I may not have the gray and wrinkles to prove it but I swear I have the experience.
Please direct me to the applicable law in Virginia where this can be verified. A website or link will do.
Not all who commit crimes are caught and/or punished. Our justice system is not perfect, neither is our law enforcement but the laws are there for a reason and we must rely on them to keep us as safe as possible.
Yes, actually some people do think of the consequences before they act. They are usually the ones that don't go to jail.
If you really think that "punishment be damned" you may very well be one of those so punished. I for one do care. It's each persons choice, of course, but I hope those that don't care, don't ever get near me. They might mistakenly believe I did something to them that they feel I should be "hit" for.
John, I agree. Controlling your anger and behavior is something we all SHOULD learn early in life but the overfull jails prove that not all do learn.
In America violence is a crime. Initiating physical violence is punishable by a jail term. Self defense is not a crime nor is it a punishable offense.
For those on this thread who question whether they would react to spousal cheating by hitting or hurting the cheater and/or their partner...remember this. If you do you will be punished.
I am not judging anyone. The laws of America will judge you. For those of you in Canada and elsewhere...I do not know what your laws are but don't come to America and start hitting people. You will be punished.
I'm sorry for your loss John. Yes we all have our issues from the past. I do appreciate the honesty in most profiles though because I would not like to invest a large part of me in an online relationship and then meet them and find out they had withheld, what to me would be, critical information.
hi i notice alot of you ladies either love or hate men with facail hair and some either swing one way or the other! ;)
is it a close dealer or breaker? ;)
I love a one to two inch beard on a man. I think it makes him look like a man.
I have liked bearded men since I was a child and still do. If I am in love and the man prefers to shave I don't love him less but if he is bearded when I first see or meet him I am more attracted. I don't like the 2 or 3 day old scruff. That just looks lazy to me. Have a beard or don't but don't be ungroomed.
I like to stick with 10 years, one way or the other. I've always felt that I had more in common with someone who remembers the same life styles or life events that I do.
Although younger than 10 has it's benefits, with me they aren't as important for a committed relationship. Maybe for fun though!
I do not like the terms girlfriend/boyfriend or significant other. First I am too old to have a "boyfriend",,,I'm NOT a cougar. Second I don't choose to think of myself or the one I love as an "other" significant or not. I like and use the term partner or life partner. It designates to me a willing choice to work together and share the rewards and losses. I request that all family on both sides use this term and they have always willing done so.
Maybe this will resonant in the hearts and minds of others.
I was lucky. I got back with mine 5 years after we broke up and I didn't even like him, much less love him, anymore. I didn't have to pine over my lost first love for the rest of my life.
My oldest sister complimented me when she knew I was going online to look for a partner. It made me tear up. I love her so. She said "Honey, we all know how wonderful you are. Make any guy that wants you prove that he deserves you because you deserve to get back what you give and that is the best."
I've had a few of those but I get more of the scammers that check me out with a bunch of questions even though the answers are on my profile. When they don't like my answers they just disappear. That's a good thing!
For your verbally challenged secret admirers you might say "Knock, knock. Anybody there?"
Yes. That's why I'm on CS now. I have the wrong partner. Dumping said partner soon. I hope to find the right one but if not then I'll stick with my cat and dog.
