But jbibiza, if you are one of those who need 'instant chemistry/love at first sight' (or whatever we term it), then your don't need to worry as you will know if he feels the same way.
mazar45, I'm glad you have confirmed some of the things I read in an article by a respected UK TV person, who has a home in Greece.
He told of a woman who built up a business of her own, which was thriving. But the whole time, she should have been at work in the public sector - she did not attend work for five years!!
Sorry Ray. Raw nerve for pensioners (not me!)at the moment, because some in the UK are grumbling about the heating allowance paid out to pensioners in warmer climes. Of course, it's 40C here all the time isn't it?

I have just posted on another thread about the problems that late 40's to middle 50's women have here of finding men in their age range...A good friend I have made here said 'All the (single) men our age have either gone back to the Uk, are drunks, or are ex-cons.
There are, I think, quite a few 60 plus dolly birds about, you must be drinking in the wrong pubs.
A few years ago, as an internet & dating site 'virgin', I started chatting to a bloke a few hundred miles from me who seemed to like the things I did. He had no photo, and I asked for it. Never got it. One night, I logged in for the very first time on MSN, and he was chatting with 'a female friend', who, supposedly, was in a female prison, and was chatting to us in the computer room, on the pre-text that she was cleaning.... the whole thing was bizarre - she even disappeared for a while because the guards were checking...
But it was when something was mentioned about him looking after the kids because his wife was at work that I sat up and took notice - I signed out and have never used MSN since.
I don't take milk in my tea, ever. I can tolerate milk in my coffee, sometimes it's better because it hides the disgusting coffee being served.
I gave up taking milk in tea/coffee when I was about 20 and working in an hotel, they 'recycled' left over milk for staff, and it was frequently 'off' in the summer....
I keep 'packet' milk in the fridge for guests.
McDonalds milk shakes? Full of all sorts of rubbish - cotton something or other I read once..
Maybe some of the women on here don't like men. Of those that do like men, some don't happen to like men who think they are God's gift to women, or who insist on showing us their pecs..
