Age do not matters. I am looking for 22 to 30 years old friendly young women to mother my future children as I never had children, but want to have children. Women past 40th birthday, do not have eggs and cannot make babies. So more sense for me to date a 22-year-old nice unmarried young woman. I don't buy into the "we can't compete " line .Germany has a large manufacturing base with high wage/associated costs producing high quality products . Germany never bought into the post manufacturing information economy that seems to be on most countries agendas except China who now have all the buying power because their countries workers are usefully employed .

If its been on the market 12 months they are asking too much for it . How many times has this area flooded should be the important question . Insurance companys going by whats happening in Christchurch with 15 % of claims dealt with ,are less than honest . You may have to have insurance to cover any bank debt you take on . Don't worry about capital gain if the price is right . The rent is supposed to be the cash cow not the capital gain . Plenty of houses get flooded in NZ and fix up alright . Waiting 6 months for somebody else to put a low offer on it and secure it is not too sharp .
I ran a rental with my ex wife and had no problems with tenants . In fact I sold a car motor left by one lot and was ahead of the rent . I did encourage payment . Don't bother insuring for floods will keep insurance down . Drop your warm fuzzy liberal ways if you have any . I know for a fact peoples memory's of floods recedes more so during a drought . Go for it I say .

certainly not , having a second bunch more so . After having granddaughter with her parents stay . Little bub decides to stay awake all ruddy night yelling/screaming/laughing ,next day rugrat's sleeping soundly while everybody else is exhausted . Stick em I say .

This is a question not directed at any one , can Skype be hacked . I used to use yahoo chat/messenger thing . I challenged a cute little number that she was a scammer POOF ,bloody thing wiped my friends list and posted the word "scammer" . Funny thing the "friends" were all bloody scammers anyway ,all off msn . Can this stunt be pulled on SKYPE as I use Skype home for my work and need my contacts list rather intact
I think that shooting 15 live moving targets between the eyes is not possible ,who is going to keep looking at somebody after the fist shot or two is fired ? Animals scatter mostly in the opposite direction . Many doubts remain over two mass killings both here and there .
It is ,it is important that they don't do it twice . Parts of India they want tigers eating people to keep them (people) out of areas set aside for tigers . Not a way to protect either .
