Seriously, I don't care about any particular pose...only that it's appealing in an overall way. Also, clarity's a must. Shouldn't have to guess at what someone looks like, no?
My Dear Long-legged Librarian, I'm thinking that Fallingman should reveal his body parts one at a time until the who puzzle is completed. I think he should begin with his face, so the lips might be a suitable next choice.
Goose, you obviously haven't tried sacrificing drinks and small animals to Dionysus. He's soooo much more regular than that Hebrew god dude in reciprocating - and he's a great deal prayerwise these days, because so few people worship him now! That practically guarantees you'll get a fair listen.
That's for reminding me what it's like to be warm, D.
I recall a few 100+ days my first summer out here in South Dakota, and singing high praises to the weather gods when a sudden rainstorm would arrive...and pass like a bank robber exiting a bank...leaving merely steam and miserable humidity in its pitiable passing.
just a sudden squall that puffed and passed leaving more wet, more heat dragging in its wake so I will sit and wilt awhile, and sing a song for rain.
I agree, Oslo, casually chatting with others on these threads can be bloody rude, especially when you ask personal questions of people that would be better reserved for IM or email.
Hey, Blue Eyed, you're looking especially lovely today? How's that rascal son of yours doing?
I know all of these (I'm a libertarian), but it was fun to read them again. Perhaps they will inspire thought from others (though not likely, I think). Thanks, Kansan!
Like you said, great country! I was planning to come for the chess match next fall. The ghost of Bobby Fischer apparently has been recruited as an analyst, which should prove entertaining.
RE: What's most important, good looks, honesty, loyalty, or humor?
Okay. 1) Looks, 2)humor, 3)intelligence, and 4) honesty.
